Taj Hari Mahal Jodhpur

Gorgeous property - so good that the courtyard smoking zone deserves videography!! We requested for an upgrade to poolside room which they obliged. Every top hotel of Rajasthan has a poolside evening event but here the performers are of top class. Another surprise is the garment shop offers street price which we have never seen elsewhere. I salute Taj’s endeavour to stop plastic use; even the comb is wooden (and often breaks, ha ha).

This was a good one. Even by Taj standards. We have been Taj patrons for a while and I can say with complete confidence that this is one of the better ones. Mr. Arjun Singh Jodha makes contact with you well before your arrival date and makes sure you have everything you need. Ms. Divya and Mr. Lokendra take over for him at the reception floor and cater to your requirements in an outstanding fashion. The checkin process was breeze. The rooms are as advertised, which is very good. The food is also great. My compliments to Mr. Ravindra and to Mr. Subodh for their hospitality at the restaurant. Finally, the check out process was also painless, quiet and efficient. While checking in, I had requested for them to transfer our documents to the next Taj venue we were going to and this was ensured. Once again Kudos to Ms. Divya, Mr. Lokendra and Mr. Rahul at the reception for their professional and proficient conduct. To be honest this booking was a last minute change of venue, but one that I am glad I followed through on. We will be back again.

Location is excellent,close to the airport as well as to the city center. The property is well designed/scenic. Service is very good,esp.housekeeping(Mr.Marender),and Restaurant staff(Mr.Gaje,Suman)delighted us with their service.

Our stay at Taj was very good and we enjoyed 3 nights in the property. The highlights are the food, hospitality, generous staff, and the facilities including the pool, large garden, and cleanliness. The staff was very courteous in helping with breakfast and other meals, and took special care in preparing food for our child. Utkarsh from the restaurant was outstanding with packing meals and serving us, taking care of minor details. Overall, Taj is an excellent place to stay that offers a variety of cuisines, clean rooms, privacy and cultural program in the evening.
